SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

All  US Shipping is Free.
Our delivery costs are free. In case sales taxes apply, the amount will be clearly displayed at checkout.UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped , approx. 2-3 business days from order date. 

Hudson Reginald is closed for most major Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping

We are proud to ship to many countries throughout the world.

International orders are shipped via FedEx and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Upon check out, you will be presented with available shipping options and charges for your shipping address. Please note, our international shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties the destination country may impose at customs. These extra charges are usually charged upon delivery and are also the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times for orders shipped internationally: 4 to 7 business days

Please note that these times are only an estimate as we are unable to forecast customs or processing delays.

When shipping internationally, FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Failure to provide a physical address will delay your shipment.

Secure Ordering

For many international orders, we require more information before the order can be processed. This is due to differences in international billing policies. You may be contacted by our customer service team through email to acquire additional information.

FedEx will attempt to deliver your package to the address you specify in the shipping address fields. Failure to accept your shipment from FedEx will result in the return of the package to the shipper. Any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any other charges incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded when the rejected shipment is received. Please note that duties and taxes often take more than a month to be invoiced when a package is rejected and your refund will be delayed until the charges are invoiced.

Countries We Ship To

Although we ship to many countries all over the world, some importation and billing policies can be too difficult to work with and we cannot ship to these countries. If your country is not listed in the countries list for your billing/shipping address in the checkout, we regretfully cannot accept an order from you.

Products on sale and/or bought with discounts, promotion codes, and rewards are NON refundable and CANNOT be exchanged.

Discounts and promotions cannot be used together.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hudson Reginald is happy to accept returns and exchanges on new, full-price products within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition.

Vintage items, products on sale and/or bought with discounts, promotion code, and rewards are NON refundable and CANNOT be exchanged. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once the product is received, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. We offer free return shipping for items over $250.00 within the continental U.S. (excluding furniture and larger items).

If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within 14 days of your order date, we will happily adjust the sale price for you. Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item and goods originally purchased on sale or with a discount are excluded.
